We are extremely honored and proud to be a part of the St. Bede community! After researching private catholic schools in the East Bay, St. Bede felt like home. The staff, church, families, and overall community are inviting, welcoming, and loving. The phrase, “It takes a village” rings true at St. Bede. We are blessed to have been welcomed by this family as our child is receiving an exceptional education from caring and dedicated teachers. -Ashley Gonzalez
We can get a Catholic education for our kids in any Catholic school around, but we will never get the family we created with the school staff and families anywhere but at St. Bede Catholic School. ~ Ben and Manette Danabar
The St. Bede School staff (especially the ladies at the front desk) are super friendly, very accommodating, and take good care of the students. The teachers are kind, patient, caring, creative, and knowledgeable to tailor class learning to meet each student’s needs. The school offers after-school programs and activities that help students see how the content relates to them and the world around them. The school environment is clean, safe, and secured, which helps students focus more on learning the skills needed to be successful in their education and the future. We knew that St. Bede was the right school and community for our family from the moment we entered the front office. We had been seeking a school that would partner with us on our family’s unique needs and that’s exactly what we got. From the moment we stepped on campus, we felt the warmth, friendliness, community, and respect that St. Bede offers and this was all represented in the front office staff. St. Bede's administration and faculty met and exceeded the level of care and communication we were hoping for, all staff go above and beyond. Our son and family feel such pride when we are on campus. Thank you St. Bede’s for all that you do and for assisting our family’s continued growth. -Devin and Rebeca Aceret
Our family loves St. Bede because of the warm environment from the principal, staff, teachers, students, and other families. I have two children attending St. Bede, my daughter wiIl be in the 7th grade and my son will be in Kindergarten. We transferred my daughter, Ihliyana, here to St. Bede School at the start of her 4th grade year and she was made to feel a part of the school from the beginning. There is a strong sense of community and positive attitude at this school. Everyone makes you feel like family when you walk through the front door.
My husband and I chose St. Bede for our children’s education because we have always wanted a strong, Catholic environment in which our kids could learn and grow. My daughter has loved the experience at this school and received an excellent education while also making great friends and building values that will last a lifetime. St. Bede’s academic program is rigorous and the caring staff have been a blessing over the years. The teachers desire to educate themselves in the best practices and pursue excellence have also helped St. Bede remain successful and true to its mission. We also enjoy the sports program and the students have an opportunity to serve the St. Bede Parish by being part of the children’s choir and an altar server.
The St. Bede Community is where your child’s faith will be nourished and they’ll be surrounded by examples not spoken in words, but in actions. The school focuses on so many important values, such as humility, kindness, service, integrity, hard work, courage, and a love for knowledge.

Having my children attend St. Bede has honestly been a blessing. I graduated from St. Bede in 1997 and here we are 23 years later and my godson has just graduated from 8th grade and my son will be entering the 7th grade in the fall. For the past 4 years, my mother has been one of the many friendly, smiling faces you will see upon entering the office. St. Bede is more than a school. It is a community and a family. The staff truly loves and cares about each student, as well as teaching them and seeing them succeed. I look forward to seeing future family and friends attend and love this St. Bede family as much as I do! -Veronica Belmonte
We visited different schools, met with faculty, and took tours, but one school stood out as being most welcoming -- St. Bede Catholic School. We could see that students and staff were genuinely happy. When you walk down the hallway, you see photos of students who have graduated in years past along with artwork and achievements of current students -- a testimony of their pride in their history and students. And over the years, we’ve witnessed the character and heart of St. Bede through the Principal, teachers, and staff in how they not only invest their time and talents in educating our kids, but also instilling values, challenging their minds, motivating them to do their best, and providing support when they need it. We are proud to be a part of the St. Bede Catholic School family! -Kamran and MaryAnn Malik
My family fell in love with St. Bede Catholic School the first time we visited the campus. We immediately experienced the positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude of Ms. Ninfa Galindo-Trantina. Then, when she toured us around, we were impressed with the gym and the sports program headed by Ms. Becky Marino at that time. Since then, it has become my daughter's second home. The safety and security that they provided for my kids were impressive all these years. The best part is the academic foundation and the good study habits that the teachers instill in my daughters minds. This helped my older daughter Sharleene (alum) achieve various academic scholarships that helped her in high school. That same foundation helped my 7 grade daughter, Leanne, to write and publish her 1 book and start writing her 2 book. Joining St. Bede was the best decision and indeed a great investment for my children’s futures. -Sarah Halog
