Textbook/Supply Drive-thru Pickup:
Before school begins, students will need to pick up their textbooks and any other
supplies that teachers will provide for their students to use at home while we are in
Distance Learning. This will be done in drive-thru fashion to minimize person-to-person
contact. Students are invited and encouraged to be in the car so that they can meet their
teacher(s). Families have been assigned a time slot by the first letter of their student’s
last name. Please be sure everyone in the car is wearing a mask. You will enter from St.
Bede Lane (behind the church) and drive-thru the school parking lot, stopping at your
student’s teacher station along the way.

The textbook/supply pickup will take place, Friday, August 21, 2020 - The schedule is as
follows:

TK-8th Grades:
A-D – 9:30 am
E-Mc – 10:00 am
Mo-Ra – 10:30 am
Re-Z – 11:30 am
